Group Dog Walking Service

Benefits of Group Dog Walking

Group walks are highly beneficial if you have an energetic dog, whether it be ball chasing, running after squirrels, sniffing, playing with their friends or just having a little stroll you can rest easy knowing they are being cared for whilst having a great time.

In order for our dogs to have the best experience, our doggy group walks are limited to a maximum of 3-4 dogs at a time.

Why we Have Chosen To Limit Group Walks to 3 Dogs

We all know how much dogs love socialising with other dogs, however when dogs walk in larger groups (more than 4 dogs), it can become much harder to give them suitable attention, not to mention significantly harder to supervise. We therefore made the conscious choice to limit the group walking service to a maximum of 3-4 dogs at a time. Thus ensuring we can give maximum fun and attention to each dog.

We feel this is not only better for the dogs that we walk, but also a fairer approach to walkers and other dog owners, that we may come across during the walk.

Where We Do Our Group Dog Walks

In order to give the best experiences and doggy adventures, our group walks are where possible in parks, open fields or through the countryside.

Some of our favourite locations for our group dog walking service, include: Capstone Country Park, Mote park, Ranscombe Farm, Ashen Banks Wood, Shorne Country Park and Jeskins

Timing of Group Dog Walking Slots

We will try to keep the group slots at the same time each day but they may vary slightly.

Suitability of Group Dog Walking For Your Dog

As group walks are very sociable your dog will need to have good doggy manners and recall if off lead.  If needed this can be worked on initially during a 1-2-1 solo walk before your dog is introduced to a group walk slot. Go to our main dog walking services page for further information on all of our services.

If you are unsure whether your dog would be better suited to a group or solo dog walk, then please contact us for further information, and we'll be happy to arrange a free meet and greet.

Why choose the Group dog walking service:

  1. A great choice for highly sociable dogs, who love to socialise and play with other dogs.
  2. Ideal for highly energetic dogs, that need to burn of lots of energy.
  3. Cost is slightly lower than the one-to-one dog walking service.
  4. As our group walks are limited to a maximum of 3-4 dogs, your dog will still receive high levels of attention throughout the walk.

If your dog is timid, not overly sociable, an older dog or a young puppy then the one-to-one/solo dog walking service may be more suitable.
